ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

In order to provide your group with an efficient check-in experience, we ask that your group arrive together at your scheduled arrival time and establish beforehand when and where your group is to meet at the end of your visit.

LENGTH OF VISIT
Your self-guided tour can take as long as two hours to complete or as little as an hour depending on how captivated you are by our finned friends. We also offer guided Behind the Scenes tours. See “Experiences”.

BUS LOADING & PARKING
Tour and school buses can drop off passengers in front of Ripley’s Aquarium. Bus Parking is available on the upper parking lot across from the Ripley’s Aquarium gift shop.

 RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Group bookings are required to pay in full 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

GROUP FAQ

Are group tickets refundable?

After making your group reservation, our group coordinator will send you an invoice explaining that final count and payment must be received three days before arrival. After we receive your final payment, your tickets are non-refundable and will not be replaced if expired, destroyed, lost or stolen.

Do you offer wheelchairs?

 We have limited wheelchairs available for guest use inside Ripley’s Aquarium. There is no charge to use a wheelchair, but a valid driver’s license will be held in lieu of deposit.
