Birthday Celebrations at the Aquarium

Whether you choose a hosted birthday party or a self-guided adventure, you and your guests can enjoy your special day under the sea with fascinating fish, magnificent sharks, and our newest addition—penguins! Reservations are required. Reservations can be made through the request form below or by calling Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach directly at (843) 916-0888 ext. 3233.

HOSTED PARTIES

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Package details are subject to change.

  • Admission to the Aquarium for all birthday party guests after your party time slot
  • Party host
  • Private party room from 12:00 to 1:45 p.m. and optional add-ons
  • Cheese pizza and water & juice* (party plates and utensils provided by the Aquarium)
  • Special gift and sign for the birthday child
  • Happy birthday announcement during the 1:30 p.m. Penguin Parade

*You are welcome to bring a birthday cake. All other outside food and beverages are not permitted in the party room or Aquarium.

RATES:

  • 1–10 guests: $275 +tax
    • Includes two cheese pizzas and unlimited water & juice
  • 11–20 guests: $400 +tax
    • Includes three cheese pizzas and unlimited water & juice
  • 21–30 guests in our banquet room: $500 +tax
    • Includes four cheese pizzas and unlimited water & juice
  • Additional guests after 30 guest: $25 per person

*Guest numbers include everyone who will be in the party room, as everyone receives Aquarium admission with the package you choose. Admission is required for everyone who enters the Aquarium.

SPECIAL ADD-ONS:

  • Glass Bottom Boat Adventure: $9.99 per person
  • 20-minute Mermaid/Sharkee/Norman appearance: $75
  • Additional pizza: $16 +tax per pizza
  • Add additional Ripley’s Attractions: $9.99 per adult/per attraction, and $7.99 per child/per attraction
    • Additional Ripley’s Attractions include: Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium and Mirror Maze

SELF-GUIDED PARTIES

RATES:

You and your guests can enjoy reduced admission rates when you make a reservation in advance! The birthday guest will receive a birthday sign, gift from the Aquarium, and one complimentary group photo.

*Please note there is a minimum of 10 guests required for discounted rates, and reservations must be made in advance.

  • Child (3–12): $20 per person
  • Adults (13+): $25 per person
