How long are your tickets good for?

Tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Travelers Checks and all the major Credit Cards.

Do I have to use the U-Pick Combo tickets the same day?

The U-Pick Combo tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I leave and revisit the same day?

Sorry, the tickets are good for one-time admission to the Aquarium.

How long does it take to tour the attractions?

We recommend allowing 2 hours or more to tour the Aquarium.

What types of discounts do you have available?

AAA, AARP, Active Military, Retired Military.

Where can I park?

There are various parking areas nearby in Gatlinburg. There is a City owned parking garage directly behind the Aquarium. The City charges a maximum of $10 per day.

What COVID-19 Safety Measures do you have?

Our staff has been extensively educated to provide you with a safe experience. As always, one of our top priorities is protecting the well-being of our staff and guests. Do you allow cameras/camcorders?

Absolutely YES! Feel free to take pictures and shoot video and share with your friends and family.

Is the Aquarium wheelchair accessible?

The Aquarium is wheelchair and stroller friendly.

Do you have wheelchairs?

Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services.

Do I need a reservation?

General admission to tour the Aquarium does not require reservations.

Do you have or can I bring a stroller?

The Aquarium is stroller friendly. Strollers may be rented at Guest Services for $3.

Do you allow pets?

Only service animals per ADA specifications.

Do you host birthday parties for children?

Yes we do! Please visit our Birthday Party page for more information.

Do you host special programs and events?
