
Join us in a brand new immersive experience of our underwater world. During this adventure you will be guided through each of our galleries by a member of our Guest Experience Team. They will provide you with fun and comprehensive facts about our aquatic creatures, and how our facility operates in order to provide our animals with what they need.
Tours are conducted at select times, Thursday through Sunday. Tours will be roughly 60 minutes in duration, and consist of a maximum of 15 persons. Tours are now offered in French or Spanish. General admission is included in the tour package.
Children 13 and under are unable to participate without adult supervision.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected tour time to check in with the Guest Experience team at the desk. You may print this ticket, or show your e-ticket on a mobile device to redeem it for a tour wristband.
*This ticket is valid only for the date and time selected. Full refund available eight or more days prior to selected tour date. A 50% refund is available within 3-7 days prior to selected tour date.
