Guest Experience Tours

Join us in a brand new immersive experience of our underwater world. During this adventure you will be guided through each of our galleries by a member of our Guest Experience Team. They will provide you with fun and comprehensive facts about our aquatic creatures, and how our facility operates in order to provide our animals with what they need.

Tours are conducted at select times, Thursday through Sunday. Tours will be roughly 60 minutes in duration, and consist of a maximum of 15 persons. Tours are now offered in French or Spanish. General admission is included in the tour package.

Children 13 and under are unable to participate without adult supervision.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected tour time to check in with the Guest Experience team at the desk. You may print this ticket, or show your e-ticket on a mobile device to redeem it for a tour wristband.

*This ticket is valid only for the date and time selected. Full refund available eight or more days prior to selected tour date. A 50% refund is available within 3-7 days prior to selected tour date. Where do I go when I arrive for my tour?

Please bring a copy of your confirmation email to the Guest Services desk upon arrival.

I booked a tour, but now I can’t make it on that date. What can I do?

Contact the Guest Experience team –– as soon as possible, and an accommodation can potentially be made, however we cannot promise that an alternative date/time can be offered.

Can I get a refund?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel 8 (or more) days prior to your tour. You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel 3-7 days prior to your tour. There is no refund available within 2 days of your tour.

Do I have to book in advance?

Currently we are accepting walk-in bookings and online bookings.

Is the tour offered in other languages?

Tours can be booked English, French and Spanish. Please email to book a tour in one of these languages.

Is there parking at the Aquarium?

There is no onsite parking but you can reserve your parking spot PRIOR to visiting the aquarium using the following link. Can people with disabilities join the tours?

It takes place in a potentially noisy space visible to Aquarium Guests. Please speak with Aquarium staff prior to booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs. For more information please email: or call 647-351-3474.

Can I apply any discounts or promotional codes after booking the tour?

No, all special promotions and discounts are only valid for new bookings. Currently only annual pass holders will receive a discount on bookings.

After my tour, will I be able to go through the aquarium on my own?

Yes. All tour packages come with a general admission ticket.

Can children participate in the tour?

Yes, however any children under the age of 13 would need parental supervision.

Is the tour accessible?

All of the front-of-house galleries and public spaces are accessible.

Will photos be allowed?

During the tour we advise guests that photos are not allowed for the sake of continuing the tours. However, you may take photos once the tour concludes. The 8am tour does allow photos at designated spaces.

Can we bring snacks or drinks during the tour?

We do not permit outside food or drinks into the aquarium and due to time constraints. We do not allow people to eat during the tour.

Where do I store my belongings?

All guests get complimentary coat check when booking a tour.
