Services

Coat Check

Coat check is available to guests in the Main Lobby of the Aquarium.

Guests may leave jackets and bags in the Coat Check and will be given a coat check tag for retrieval of their items.

Prices for these services vary depending on the size/amount of items being checked.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Guest Services Desk in the Main Lobby of the Aquarium. They are available on a first come, first serve basis and are free of charge. Wheelchairs may not be taken offsite and a driver’s license/photo ID is collected from the guest which is returned to them when the wheelchair is returned.

Food/Drink

No outside food and drink are allowed inside the Aquarium. We have our Ripley’s Café located in the Discovery Centre on the lower level of the facility.

Annual Passes

Annual Passes are only available for purchase at our Guest Services desk. Please note that anytime or timed tickets can be upgraded to an annual pass within 24 hours of your visit. For more information on the benefits of buying an annual pass, please visit our Annual Passes + Tickets page.
