Services

Coat Check

We cannot guarantee that coat check will be available in advance. When available, space is extremely limited, so plan on bringing a bag to hold coats and other personal belongings.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Guest Services Desk in the Main Lobby of the Aquarium. They are available on a first come, first serve basis and are free of charge. Wheelchairs may not be taken offsite and a driver’s license/photo ID is collected from the guest which is returned to them when the wheelchair is returned.

Food/Drink

Our café is currently closed. There are vending machines on-site with a wide variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase. However, if you are looking for a more substantial meal, we recommend eating before or after your visit.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available online and at our Guest Services desk. Gift Cards can be loaded with any dollar amount and can be used towards the purchase of tickets or Annual Passes. They can also be redeemed at the Ripley’s Café, Photo Port, and Cargo Hold Gift Shop. No expiration date. Swim by to pick yours up today!

Annual Passes

Annual Passes are available for purchase online or at our Guest Services desk. Please note that Anytime or Timed Tickets can be upgraded to an Annual Pass onsite within 24 hours of your visit. Prior to first visit, all annual passes will need to be activated and printed at our Guest Services desk.
