Coat Check

Some areas, including coat check, the café, and playground, and will be temporarily unavailable.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Guest Services Desk in the Main Lobby of the Aquarium. They are available on a first come, first serve basis and are free of charge. Wheelchairs may not be taken offsite and a driver’s license/photo ID is collected from the guest which is returned to them when the wheelchair is returned.

Food/Drink

Some areas, including the café, playground, and coat check will be unavailable. No food or beverage will be available for sale.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available online and at our Guest Services desk. Gift Cards can be loaded with any dollar amount and can be used towards the purchase of tickets or Annual Passes. They can also be redeemed at the Ripley’s Café, Photo Port, and Cargo Hold Gift Shop. No expiration date. Swim by to pick yours up today!

Annual Passes

Annual Passes are available for purchase online or at our Guest Services desk. Please note that Anytime or Timed Tickets can be upgraded to an Annual Pass onsite within 24 hours of your visit. For more information on the benefits of buying an Annual Pass, please visit our Annual Passes page.
