Gyotaku,(ghio-ta-koo) the art of fish printing orginated during the 19th century in Japan. Gyotaku developed from the need to record the exact size of a trophy catch. Since then it has evolved into a beautiful art form in its own right. We will take a trip to Ripley’s Holding facility to see the amazing animals just waiting to be seen at the aquarium.

Bring an adult and come to the aquarium for a fun filled morning! We will read our favorite books, make crafts, play games and explore sea creatures through activities specialized for curiosity. It’s fun, entertaining and educational for the little ones to enjoy with their family.
Cost for this is: Admission plus $5.00 per child/adult pair
For these nine days, come help a special cause and receive a discounted admission rate.

Create beautiful crafts for the holiday season with a little help from your friends at RIpley’s Aquarium. Capture the holiday spirit with a vast array of unique homeade crats to be used as gifts or simply to add a bit more joy to the season. All supplies will be provided in this hands on workshop.
