How long are your tickets good for?

ANSWER: Tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

ANSWER: We accept Cash, Travelers Checks and all the major Credit Cards.

Do I have to use the U-Pick Combo tickets the same day?

ANSWER: The U-Pick Combo tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I leave and revisit the same day?

ANSWER: Sorry, the tickets are good for one-time admission to the Aquarium.

How long does it take to tour each attraction?

ANSWER: We recommend allowing 2 hours or more to tour the Aquarium.

What types of discounts do you have available?

ANSWER: AAA, AARP, Active Military, Retired Military.

Where can I park?

ANSWER: There are various parking areas nearby in Gatlinburg. There is a City owned parking garage directly behind the Aquarium. The City charges a maximum of $6 per day

Do you allow cameras/camcorders?

ANSWER: Absolutely YES! Feel free to take pictures and shoot video and share with your friends and family.

Is the Aquarium wheelchair accessible?

ANSWER: The Aquarium is wheelchair and stroller friendly.

Do you have wheelchairs?

ANSWER: Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services.

Do I need reservation?

ANSWER: General admission to tour the Aquarium does not require reservations.

Do you have or can I bring a stroller?

ANSWER: The Aquarium is stroller friendly. Strollers may be rented at Guest Services for $10.

Do you allow pets?

ANSWER: Only service animals per ADA specifications.

Do you host birthday parties for children?

ANSWER:Yes We do! Please visit our Birthday Party page for more information.
